Licencing, Customer Service & Team LeadingEvery business needs effective team leadership, happy team members and an excellent customer service provision to thrive. In addition, any licensed premises will need a Designated Premises Supervisor and one or more Personal Licence Holders. Both roles require the Award for Personal Licence Holders qualification before the licensed premises can legally operate.

At EMSS we have extensive experience of each of the above elements. We have tutors who are competent in many areas of customer service and team leadership, from call centres to busy nightclubs, therefore we are confident that we can offer courses tailored to meet your requirements.

We pride ourselves in our delivery, which we endeavour to make fun and informative with lots of roleplay and scenarios. We feel that this gives a more realistic element to the training rather than simply sitting down and taking notes.
