Box Office StaffNo matter what your event, you will be well aware of the need to get your customers in safely and as quickly as possible. Additionally, you will recognise the need to inform them of all relevant information and positively manage customer expectations.

To do this you need a team of staff at the point of entry that know exactly what they are doing.

A typical box office team will consist of a Manager, sales and ticket collection staff, stewards and security personnel.

All our staff work to the highest standards of honesty and integrity and will provide you with a secure box office, which will withstand any amount of audit and scrutiny. And as an event professional, you will be very well aware of the insurance penalties that exist in environments where staff handle large amounts of cash.

All our public facing staff are trained to:

EDI Level 2 Award in Understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events (QCF)
City & Guilds 1900/1892 or higher.
